Our story began over a decade ago at the European Science Foundation, where a new generation of international experts was reimagining how mission-driven organisations could work. As young innovators within this established institution, we saw a recurring challenge: passionate people with transformative ideas often struggled to turn their missions into sustainable, effective organisations.
This observation sparked a vision: to create a different kind of partner for purpose-driven organizations - one that could bring both fresh thinking and practical support to help these initiatives thrive. We wanted to bridge the gap between traditional institutional approaches and the dynamic needs of modern nonprofits.
Over the years, we've evolved from an idea into a reality. Integrating DGA Group's nonprofit practice in 2025 marked a new chapter, bringing together decades of expertise with our innovative approach.
