Your Role: Expert Manager
As a Novya Expert, you'll take A-Z operational leadership of 1-3 client organisations with complete end-to-end responsibility. This isn't project-based consulting – you'll become their trusted operational partner.

Key Responsibilities
As your clients' lead, you'll wear many hats – from strategic advisor to project manager to financial overseer – bringing variety to every day, with the autonomy to prioritize what matters most and the support to deliver exceptional results.
Client Leadership
Act as operational lead for EU/international associations | Drive organizational development and strategic initiatives | Own the client relationship and outcomes
Good Governance
Manage board meetings, AGMs, and expert groups | create smart statutory processes |

Association Expertise
5+ years in association or coalition management in an EU/international context | Proven track record of taking full operational ownership | Clear understanding of Belgian nonprofit governance and compliance | Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
Technical Excellence
Expert with digital tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM/AMS systems) | Excellent English (spoken/written) | Comfortable with financial management and reporting
