  • A seasoned association expert with a minimum of 6 years of experience in European association management or related work with membership-based entities
  • A client-centric consultant with strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop and grow associations
  • A hands-on professional who enjoys managing daily operations and governance of clients, driving positive change, and ensuring compliance
  • A collaborative team player who contributes to our know-how, expertise, and team spirit

What You Bring to Novya

  • 6+ years experience in European association management or related work with membership organizations 
  • Combining strategic thinking and hands-on implementation skills 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients/projects independently 
  • Deep understanding of nonprofit governance, business models and regulatory requirements
  • Client-centric mindset with excellent communication abilities in English (French/Dutch an asset) 
  • Excellent digital fluency and comfort with AI-assisted communication and collaboration tools 
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to take responsibility, show initiative, and lead by example

How to Prepare

To help you put your best foot forward, we recommend the following preparation steps:

  • Review the job profile thoroughly to understand the role and requirements.
  • Get your CV ready - you will be asked to upload it in pdf-format to the platform before you can start the interview.
  • Familiarize yourself with the interview questions - you will find these on the XInterview landing page.


Technical Setup

Ensure a smooth interview experience by following these setup guidelines:

  • Choose a quiet, well-lit room for your interview.
  • Minimize potential disturbances during the recording.
  • Utilize the test function in XInterview to verify your camera and microphone are working correctly.


Interview Process

Our video interview consists of five questions designed to assess your qualifications and fit for the role. Once you start:

  • You'll have 1 minute to prepare for each question.
  • Each response can be up to 2 minutes long.
  • You'll have two opportunities to re-record each answer if you're not satisfied with your initial attempt.
